Flinders Announces Filing of NI 43 – 101 Technical Report

Flinders Resources Limited (“Flinders” or the “Company”) (TSXV: FDR) announces that the Company has filed on SEDAR the National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report (the “NI 43-101 Technical Report”) in support of the Company’s news release dated April 29, 2015. The NI 43-101 Technical Report provides results of a near three-time expansion of flake graphite mineral resources at the Company’s 100% owned Woxna graphite project in Sweden effective March 24, 2015 (see news release dated April 29, 2015). The NI 43-101 Technical Report was prepared by Geoffrey Charles Reed of Reed Leyton Consulting.
