Flinders Announces Extension to Warrant Term

Flinders Resources Limited (“Flinders” or the “Company”) (TSXV: FDR) announces that the Company will make an application with the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”) to extend the term of 9,650,000 warrants (the “Warrants”) by one year. The Warrants were issued with an original term of two years in connection with the closing of a private placement financing as announced by the Company on February 24, 2012. Upon receipt of approval from the Exchange, the expiry date of the Warrants will change from February 22, 2014 to February 22, 2015. All other terms of the Warrants, including the exercise price, will remain the same.

The Company has extended the term of all warrants which, pursuant to policies of the Exchange, can be extended.
